Policies

  • A non refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
  • Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid minus their deposit.  If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50% minus their deposit.  Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
  • Payment is due 60 days before check-in.
  • We except credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.
  • Check- in after 4pm.
  • Check-out 10am (except summer months where Check-out is 9am)
  • We charge a $50 processing fee for cancelled reservations.
  • Military Discount is given when mentioned at the time of booking and proper ID.
  • Early check-in & late check-out is available with prior approval and fee.
  • We are a non smoking property.
  • We expect our guests to be respectful of our cabins.  An excessive cleaning fee will be charged for cabins left with an abundance of garbage and mess.
  • Guests are expected to pay for any damage they cause or anything they leave broken or taken from  the cabins or property.
  • Maximum Occupancy means that is the absolute highest number of individuals that may occupy a cabin, children & adults are included in that number.  We do not allow additional guests in the cabins.  Excess guests will void your rental agreement.
  • We are not a public property so only registered overnight guests are permitted to come on property and utilize the amenities.  Day guest are not permitted on the property.  There are many wonderful local places to meet up with people.
